Notes: Dark Cholcolate, Ripe Berries, and Spice
 Our Espresso Spadafora takes its name from my wife’s family’s ancestral home on Sicily’s Tyrhennian coast. This blend of seasonal coffees boasts a thick, reddish-brown crema and none of the bitter tang that dominates shots pulled from under-roasted washed coffees. Ideal as an espresso and impressive as a French Press.
